आजकल online job scam सबसे तेजी से बढ़ने वाला साइबर फ्रॉड है। इसकी वजह यह है कि ज्यादातर लोग घर बैठे कमाई (work-from-home), data entry, form filling, typing job या part-time earning जैसी ऑनलाइन जॉब्स की तलाश में रहते हैं। ठग इसी जरूरत का फायदा उठाते हैं।
How Online Job Scams Work / यह स्कैम कैसे किया जाता है?
• Fraudster WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram या job platforms पर message करता है
• वह attractive job offer देता है:
– ₹5,000–₹50,000 per week
– Part-time simple tasks
– Form filling / data entry ਜॉਬ
• Joining fee, registration fee, refundable deposit माँगता है
• कुछ tasks देने के बाद small payment करके trust बना देता है
• फिर बड़ी रकम माँगता है — security fee, software fee, ID verification fee आदि
• Payment करने के बाद victim को block कर दिया जाता है

• “आपको प्रतिदिन ₹3,000 कमाने का मौका”
• “Home-based data entry job, no experience required”
• “You have been shortlisted. Pay ₹999 registration fee”
• “Investment करके task complete करो और payment double पाओ”
Signs of Job Scam / जॉब स्कैम की पहचान
• कोई company जॉइनिंग से पहले payment माँगे
• Gmail ID या WhatsApp number से official recruitment
• Incomplete company details
• Fake HR ID cards या forged offer letters
• Payment के बदले task देने का promise
• Urgency या fear tactics जैसे — “Offer सिर्फ आज के लिए है”
Real Job Opportunities Never Ask:
• Registration fee
• Training fee
• Security deposit
• Account verification charges
Documents Criminals Try to Collect
• Aadhaar
• PAN
• Bank details
• Photos & selfies
• Digital signature
इनका misuse करके loan apps, money laundering या fake accounts बनाए जा सकते हैं।
